The composting plant intended to produce compost with quality “1” and “2” starting from selected fractions of urban waste, as refuse from public and private green pruning, waste from markets and organic residuals from waste collection.

The structure of the building is aseismic and realized in reinforced concrete.

The treatment phases (storage, biological fermentation, maturation and refinement) occur inside closed and covered buildings, maintained in depression. All the operation of waste transfer and compost load occur inside the working building.

The extracted air is subjected to bio-filtraction treatment.
